Mustang JH Football defeats Covington 35-0 Junior High vs Covington Win The Mustangs delivered an all-around dominant performance in tonight's game against county rival, the Covington Trojans. The Mustangs' running game was unstoppable, with Keygan Beard and Sam Davis each scoring two rushing touchdowns. Linebacker Brody Miller added a Pick Six, while Easton Batchelor and Jake Grubbs contributed two-point conversions, bringing the Mustangs' total to 36 points. The defense was on fire, racking up multiple sacks and tackles for loss while keeping the Trojans scoreless through four quarters. The Mustangs hit the road next Thursday to face Parke Heritage.
