The boys took a little while to find their rhythm tonight, heading into halftime tied 9-9. We had some unforced errors and missed opportunities early, but the second half was a different story. Our defense created scoring opportunities, and by cutting down on the dribbling, we did a much better job of controlling the tempo and dictating the pace of the game. That allowed us to get out and build a quick lead in the third quarter. We have plenty to keep working on, but it was a strong finish and a great way to start our season! Go Mustangs!
