**TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS! 🏆** What a great day of basketball! The boys battled their way to a tournament championship with three tough wins! **Game 1:** Bethesda Christian – 36-32 We opened against Bethesda Christian, the team that knocked us off last year, and came away with a hard-fought win. **Semi-Finals:** Clinton Prairie – 31-25 Another strong defensive battle to earn our spot in the championship game. **Championship:** Clinton Central – 45-38 We finished the day with our strongest offensive performance, bringing home the championship! Throughout the day, we faced a variety of defenses, including full-court zones, half-court traps, and tight man-to-man. Our guards did a great job reading what the defense was giving them and making good decisions with the basketball. We also did a nice job changing our tempo and controlling the pace of the game when needed. There were plenty of runs throughout all three games, but we answered each time. Most importantly, we did a great job controlling the final minutes of each game, which made the difference in coming away with three wins. Lots of things to be proud of today! Great team effort and a well-earned championship! The boys are back in action at North Montgomery on Thursday.
