The Mustangs are Bi-County champions after a thrilling three-set victory over Seeger in the championship match! The day started with the Mustangs taking down Attica in two sets to earn their spot in the championship. Facing Seeger, the Mustangs got off to a slow start and dropped the first set. But after regrouping, they came out with renewed energy and determination. The Mustangs battled their way through the second set, pushing ahead and forcing a deciding third set. From there, they never looked back. It was a tremendous team effort from start to finish. The Mustangs served with confidence, chased down tough balls, battled at the net, and weren’t afraid to hit the floor to keep plays alive. Every player contributed, and the team’s energy and determination made all the difference. Congratulations to the Mustangs on a hard-fought Bi-County championship! They are back in action Monday when they travel to South Vermillion. Go Mustangs!
