Fountain Central Jr/Sr High School

The Mustangs faced Attica in the first round of bi-county winning 25-3 and 25-13. Aubrey Ashwill served 17 straight points with 4 of those being aces. Makayla Carnahan had 6 kills followed by Citrus Wesley with 4. The Mustangs took on a tough Covington team in the championship round. They started of strong but fell 18-25. The team struggled to get in a rhythm the second set and lost 9-25, finishing in 2nd place at the bi-county tournament. The JV team won the 2026 Bi-County Tournament. They faced Attica in the first round and won 25-11 and 25-13. In the championship round the Mustangs faced the Trojans and took home the win in two sets going 25-19 and 25-12. Riley Deel had 9 kills followed by Kynleigh Elkins with 4. The back row worked hard to dig the ball and make great passes. Great effort and teamwork by both teams.
