7th Grade vs South Vermillion Middle School (35 - 11) Win The Fountain Central Mustangs earned a 35–11 victory over the South Vermillion Wildcats on Tuesday. Fountain Central controlled the tempo early, slowing the game down and building a 19–2 lead by halftime. Strong team defense kept the Mustangs in control throughout the game. The Mustangs will face South Vermillion again on Saturday in the opening round of the South Vermillion Tournament. The game featured multiple lead changes, with neither team able to pull away. Fountain Central did a great job pushing the ball up the floor and finding open teammates, resulting in balanced scoring from five different players.
