Fountain Central Jr/Sr High School

Fountain Central Lady Mustangs defeat the Faith Christian Eagles by a score of 43-33. The Mustangs were able to rally and put enough things together to pull ahead of the Eagles in the home victory. Leading the way for the Mustangs with 14 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals was Kendyl Nolan. Henley Good scored 10 points, pulled down 4 rebounds, 2 steals, and an assist. Citrus Wesley scored 10 points, pulled in 2 rebounds, and a steal. Aubrey Ashwill had a big night on the boards pulling down 10 rebounds. She also scored 6 points and had 2 steals. Bella Bacon was effective for the Mustangs scoring 3 points, pulled down 5 rebounds, and earned an assist. The Lady Mustangs will travel to Rossville tomorrow to face the Lady Hornets. Junior Varsity tip off is at 11:00 am and the varsity game will follow the two quarter JV game.
